Jelicho Wigg was told by Wilfer Wagstaff to rescue his daughter. Later, he owned a ship which followed a drill town and showed the Fourth Doctor his collection. He admitted to the Doctor and Arabella Wagstaff that last time he met the Silex he hid in the hull and escaped in a mini-drill ship.
