Heidi and Jay Stafford were only aliases invented by Bloorm Vungah Bart Gossimar-Day Slitheen, Dax Fex Fize Gossimar-Day Slitheen and Mr Smith. Bloorm Vungah Bart and Dax Fex Fize had killed June and Marco Goss and used these human skins to pose as Heidi and Jay Stafford. (PROSE: The Lost Boy)

According to the script for The Lost Boy: Part 2, Jay Stafford was the cousin of Korst Gogg Thek Lutiven-Day Slitheen, who was inhabiting Nathan Goss's body, with Nathan/Korst referring to Jay as "a disgrace to your uncle's memory", implying his late deceased father was Jay's uncle.[1]
