The Chameleon Jamie had no Scottish accent, as the Second Doctor discovered when he mistook the Chameleon for the real Jamie.
"Jamie" manned the communications equipment, establishing contact between the Chameleons' space station and Gatwick Airport.
He was later shot and killed by the Chameleon Spencer. (TV: The Faceless Ones)
