James Moran (born 5 March 1972[1]) is a writer for Doctor Who and Torchwood. He also contributed to the charity reference book Behind the Sofa: Celebrity Memories of Doctor Who.
He also contributed to the documentaries What has "The Romans" ever done for us? and War Zone, the Torchwood Declassified episode Sleepless in Cardiff and the audio commentary for The Time Monster.
