Lord Jack Corrigan was a member of the gentry who lived in Kent in the 19th century. In 1895, he took a Drelleran ship, the Aeolus, by force, determined to bring glory to the British Empire through interstellar space travel. He also gained the secret of long life, allowing him and his crew to survive the lengthy journey. With a crew of twenty four, he subjugated the Drellerans.
After a time, they infected the humans with a virus which compelled Corrigan and his men to return to Earth and destroy their species. They made their way to Space Dock Nerva. Henry McMullan functioned as an advanced guard and infected the space station. Corrigan boarded after, and joined with a security guard.
The Drellerans injected the Fourth Doctor, Leela and Alison Foster with an anti-viral. When they came into contact with the infected, the virus was destroyed. Corrgian and his men aged normally and died. (AUDIO: Destination: Nerva)
