Jabreth was a prisoner in the same prison as the Fifth Doctor and Janson Hart. His parents lived 3 solar systems away from Folly. When his parents arrived, the elliptical warp drives in the engines combined with the time fields around the prison caused an explosion, the one that the Doctor saw in the TARDIS, which put him in prison.
