Ion Polarity Retarder

The Ion Polarity Retarder was a prototype device used by the Third Doctor. It was silver and slightly bigger than a button. It was able to deactivate electrified surfaces and disable Madrigor's Terrestoids. (PROSE: The Time Thief)
