International Electromatics was a dummy used lorries owned by International Electromatics to capture homeless people and take them to a Cybus conversion factory inside Battersea Power Station to convert them into Cybermen. Apparently, the company was a leading supplier of corporate and domestic electrical systems, having manufacturing bases in New South America, and offices scattered throughout Britain.
