International Electromatics was a dummy used lorries owned by International Electromatics to capture homeless people and take them to a Cybus conversion factory inside Battersea Power Station to convert them into Cybermen. Behind the Scenes

The Time Traveller's Almanac, which is not a valid source for in universe articles, gave more information about International Electromatics. Apparently, the company was a leading supplier of corporate and domestic electrical systems, having manufacturing bases in New South America, and offices scattered throughout Britain.
