An in-vision commentary is a commentary in which the participants are filmed, and the resulting video is dropped within the video of the episode on which they're commenting. The practice was most extensively used on the series 2 boxset. However, a form of "video commentary" was then used on the official Doctor Who website, as a part of the Adventure Calendar series.
