Ian Gelder (3 June 1949-6 May 2024[1]) played Dekker in Torchwood: Children of Earth and few other characters for Doctor Who in later years.
He also appeared in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Legend of the Cybermen as Dracula and Long John Silver.
He was interviewed on the Closer Look episode Can You Hear Me?.
