Hywel Roberts was a man who came across Traveller's Halt and decided to stay there to avoid the rain. He was awoken by the dripping tap from the next room and he went to investigate it. He had come back to Wales to say goodbye to his dying father. He kept hearing a dripping tap. He couldn't watch anything other than Welsh language stiff.[statement unclear] He became worried when he saw Bilis Manger creeping around. He walked out into the rain and aged twenty years.
