Huitzilopochtli, also known as the Blue Tezcatlipoca (PROSE: The Left-Handed Hummingbird) was the Aztec god of darkness. According to Aztec legend, Huitzilopochtli drove Quetzalcoatl into exile. Tlotoxl referred to Huitzilopochtli as the god who "made us strong". (PROSE: The Aztecs)
