George "Hobo" Kostinen was a child living in Ogmore-by-Sea.
Biography

Hobo used to play with Greg Morton, until he and his family moved to Monknash. The two remained in contact. (PROSE: The Midnight People)
When Lucy Wilson joined his school after moving from London, Hobo made friends with her very quickly, with both of them being outsiders.
