Hilary Ratchett

Hilary Ratchett was a passenger on the train disappeared in a fog. She found a dead body. She wanted to get a promotion and got distraught and hysterical and killed a fellow passenger. She was murdered by the Tremas Master's Tissue Compression Eliminator. (AUDIO: The End of the Line)
