High President (A Bright White Crack)

An unidentified High President ruled the Superiors after the apparent conclusion of the War against the Eternal Adversary.

The President oversaw the secret production of a Cwejen militia under the surface of Dawn 1027's Earth, intending to use them to attack the Firmament. This was prevented by Donacho Munchausen, who manipulated the Grigori Larles and Kwol into destroying that universe's version of Earth. (PROSE: The PsyCon Prediction) Munchausen then infiltrated the President's office on the Base of Operations and killed him by drowning him repeatedly until he ran out of regen energy. His body was discovered by another Superior a few hours later. (PROSE: A Bright White Crack)
