Inspector Hetton was a detective placed on the case of Gordon Seavers. He was injured in the scotland yard bombings, he lost three fingers, received a scar on the cheek and developed a fear of alarm clocks. He was an extremely competant detective but these injuries prevented him from being promoted. He handed the Seavers case over to Ian Stratford when he was needed elsewhere. (EDA: The Banquo Legacy)
