Hendrick Vanderdecken

Hendrick Vanderdecken was the robotic captain of a 47th century timeship. His ship crashed into the Flying Dutchman, which resulted in Hendrick and his crew thinking that they were the original crew of the Dutchman. The Twelfth Doctor found their ship and sent them home. (COMIC: Ghosts of the Seas)
