Hellcombe Factory was a factory owned by Lord Hellcombe during the World War I which manufactured weapons for the British side. The factory manufactured British Proto-Daleks. It was secretly run by the Daleks for the Dalek Project. Hellcombe Factory was automated and the systems were run with static electricity. Its systems activated and produced legions of Proto-Daleks for the final stage of the Dalek Project. The Eleventh Doctor reprogrammed the robotic drones so that they recognised true Daleks as the enemies. (COMIC: The Dalek Project)
