Harold Innocent (18 April 1935-12 September 1993) played Gilbert M in the Doctor Who story The Happiness Patrol and voiced Freeth in the BBC Radio drama The Paradise of Death.

One of his most notable roles was as one of the hitmen that murders Marty Hopkirk in the opening episode of Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased).
