Harbour Heights was an orphanage in Plymouth, Devon. When it was founded in 1842, originally a girl's home, it was known as the Orphanage for Children of Sailors, Marines, and Dock Workers. The role of the orphanage was to maintain, clothe and educate the children of the workers and sailors who contributed to its funds. It opened to both girls and boys in 1900 and moved to a larger premises on Cranbrook Road in 1902. It was renamed Harbour Heights in 1954. (TV: Children of Earth: Day Three)

In November 1965, twelve orphans from Holly Tree Lodge, including Clement McDonald, were allegedly taken there, but were, in actuality, taken to the 456, in exchange for a cure for Indonesian influenza. (TV: Children of Earth: Day One, Day Four)

The home closed in 1978. (TV: Children of Earth: Day Three)
