Halka was a hertaz and distrusted the Fourth Doctor and Chidak. She was a separatist on Proxima Major. (AUDIO: The Dalek Contract) She didn't want the Daleks to be told their location by the Doctor. She helped to dismantle a Dalek as the Doctor needed something. She fired a missile to the Dalek fleet. She was Chidak's favourite protege. (AUDIO: The Final Phase)
