Commander Grelt was a Krashok. He, along with his fellow Commander Skraar met with the Darksmith collective on Earth to obtain the Eternity Crystal which was promised to them.
After Skrarr was crushed by a rock during the arranged meeting, he appeared to the only commander in charge over the mission for Eternity Crystal. (PROSE: The Art of War)
