Chord, known to humans as "Gregory Bailey" (AUDIO: The Raincloud Man) was the assumed name of a Shinx who was living on Earth in the early 21st century.
On 28 February 2008 he was murdered, at the behest of his wife, by Sam. His body was found by the Sixth Doctor and Charlotte Pollard on the same day. (AUDIO: The Condemned)
