Goole was the owner of a waxworks in Brighton in 1833. He tried to steal a wax head of Marie Antoinette but was caught by Romana II. He was able to transform into wax. He asked the Fourth Doctor to taken him back to his home planet. When there was an explosion at his waxworks he transformed his appearance to look like Romana and convinced the Doctor to take him aboard the TARDIS. He forgot to pretend to cough after seeing the dimensional transcendentalism of the TARDIS. The Doctor defeated him by reducing the temperature in the TARDIS so that he froze. The Doctor then gave him to Mary Barnes as a lump of wax. (AUDIO: Gallery of Ghouls)
