Summary[]
The Doctor and Romana land in Roman Britain in the camp of the Iceni. King Prasutagus of the Iceni is dying, so the Doctor and Romana offer to help Queen Boudicca fight the Romans.
When Boudicca is injured, she recovers in the TARDIS while Romana pretends to be Boudicca and unites the Iceni tribes to fight against the Romans. When Boudicca recovers, she takes over.
Eventually, the Romans are victorious, and Boudicca's two daughters are dead. Boudicca, who is dying, dresses a dead body in her clothing. She then goes to Stonehenge, entering one of the stones, which is her TARDIS. She regenerates into a new incarnation.
