Golf Victor Foxtrot was the call sign for a Concorde (a supersonic plane). It travelled down a time corridor as it began its deceleration which took it back 14 million years to the Jurassic period. The passengers and crew were taken by Kalid as slaves for him to use to attempt to gain access to 'The Citadel'. (DW: Time-Flight)
Following a conflict with the Doctor the Master materialised his TARDIS around Golf Victor Foxtrot then operating his Chameleon circuit to make his TARDIS assume Gold Victor Foxtrot's exact appearance. Later the Doctor does a deal with the Master which allows the crew of Golf Alpha Charlie to canabilise the Concord to make repairs on their own Concord and depart.
