Godfrey Porter's universe was a reality where the Doctor and his adventures existed as works of fiction, (PROSE: The Thief of Sherwood) similar to the various other meta-fiction universes encountered by the Doctor himself. (COMIC: TV Action!, The Girl Who Loved Doctor Who, PROSE: All Our Christmases)
Godfrey Porter was one of many writers to pen an episode of the Doctor Who TV series, namely The Outlaws, a story corresponding to the First Doctor, Ian Chesterton, Barbara Wright and Susan Foreman's encounter with Robin Hood, (PROSE: The Thief of Sherwood) which another account confirmed to have happened in the Doctor's own reality. (PROSE: That Time I Nearly Destroyed the World Whilst Looking for a Dress)
Behind the scenes[]
