One of Grandfather Paradox's four original Godfather-lieutenant of House Paradox led the delegation to the court of King George II in January 1752.
The four Godfathers were mysterious figures in the historical record. They were understood to have been Homeworlders like the Grandfather. Their oversized suits of armour each displayed the features of different species; according to Faction legend, their shadows bore multiple shadow-weapons, and even armour.
They were thought to have discovered the abomination's graveyard by stepping through the caldera. Later, as detailed in the records of the Service, this particular Godfather arrived at Portsmouth, where an initial reception was held. He was accepted like any other visiting diplomat from the East, which were common occurrences in 18th century England. A subsequent audience occurred before the king in St. James's Palace; there, the Godfather performed the Shadow Dance. He discussed war with the King (PROSE: The Book of the War) and hinted that House Paradox owned the Ain Soph.
