Glyn Owen (6 March 1928-10 September 2004[1]) played Rohm-Dutt in the Doctor Who television story The Power of Kroll and voiced Commander Harlon in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio drama Nekromanteia.
He was also considered for the roles of Professor Owen Watson in The Hand of Fear, Richard Mace in The Visitation (TCH 35) and Hedin in Arc of Infinity. (TCH 36)
