Gloucester

Gloucester was an city, located in the south-west of England. Close by, and to the west, was the Welsh border. To the south-west was Chipping Sodbury. (TV: The Categories of Life) Leadworth, home to Amy Pond and Rory Williams, was a half-hour drive from Gloucester. (TV: The Eleventh Hour)

West Country Children's Home was located in Gloucester. The Twelfth Doctor and Clara visited it in the 1990s and saw Danny Pink as a child. Clara also claimed that she had never been to Gloucester but the Doctor ignored it, saying that she had likely simply forgotten. (TV: Listen)

In 2008, the Eleventh Doctor suggested going to Gloucester, as the nearest city to Leadworth, in an effort to stop the Atraxi from destroying the world in their search for Prisoner Zero. he was put off the idea when he discovered the city wasn't actually reachable, given the time and tools at his disposal.
