Giovanni Lucio was a 20th century futurist.
He allied himself with the Hajor, who promised him control of the ancient Roman Empire. When the Tenth Doctor showed him that his actions led to the Earth becoming a dead world, he tried to make up for it, but was killed by a Roman soldier. (COMIC: The Futurists)
