Gilman Hall was a large boarding school in Cardiff which, by the 2000s, was instead the largest of the Church of the Outsiders' communes. Its West Wing was the headquarters of the Greys. A large amount of people living at the commune left after Jack Harkness manipulated Val Ross into making the Church a laughing stock. (AUDIO: Believe)
