Biography[]
In 2424 Manchester, Gerry was aware of Manchester's collapsing economy and contacted the Galactic Central Exchange. They informed him they would be sending auditors to Manchester, and the Auditor-General threatened him with extradition. Unbeknownst to him, Internal Affairs had intercepted his communication.
At what he thought was a "breakfast meeting", he pleaded with Mayor Mulberry to be truthful to the public about the economy, but she deflected and confronted him about being a whistle-blower. Legacy[]
After Gerry's disposal, Mayor Mulberry assumed that Gerry had given the Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby Sunday a particle key which enabled the TARDIS to pass through the city's barriers.
