Sir George Harding was the stepfather of Freddie, the first in the succession to become the Tsar of Russia. He was the second husband of Lady Anna and helped to prepare a revolution to regain Freddie's position in the Russian royalty.
He hosted the party, which the Ninth Doctor and Rose attended. He was shocked to find that his butler, Peter Dickson, had been savagely attacked by an unknown person. He demanded that Dickson gain some rest, but the butler was stubborn.
He was privately taken aside by Major Aske who told him that Edward Repple was little out of his mind and would not supply him and his wife with the necessary support they needed. (PROSE: The Clockwise Man)
