Taggani was the most famous geohacker in history, using an Aesirian world-shaper stolen from the Braxiatel Collection to create his "art". He was wanted in nine systems with a bounty "bigger than most global economies"; one of his crimes being the perishing of Campra due to his addition of Argurian creepers.
