Gary Coxall was the camera operator of the special effects second unit for most of the first series of the supermarionation television series Thunderbirds. This included the episode The Man from MI.5, which crossed over into the Doctor Who universe by featuring an appearance by the Daleks. He worked as the main camera operator for five of the six episodes in the second series.
Coxall's only other known work was as a clapper loader for the 1954 films Companions in Crime and Make Me an Offer, performing the role on both occasions in an uncredited capacity.
