Gareth Skelding has been a location manager on the BBC Wales version of Doctor Who since series 1. He also served as the location manager for Torchwood: Children of Earth.
He has been a documentary subject for Doctor Who Confidential, featuring particularly heavily in the episode that accompanied Victory of the Daleks. He was also a participant on the DVD commentary for The Satan Pit.
