Skarosian life was registered with the fundamental DNA type 467-989. (TV: Daleks in Manhattan) According to Jack Harkness, Dalek mutants only had this DNA type because of Davros' meddling into his people's genetic code, altering it to type 467-989 as part of his efforts to ensure the Daleks would not feel "weaker emotions" like pity.
