General Froebe was a German military officer.
He was in charge of the secret laboratory in 1910s Haiti where Victor von Stein and Ingrid Karnstein where conducting research on creating zombies for use in war.
During a struggle between Paul Richmann and Carrefour in 1915, Froebe was accidentally shot and killed. (PROSE: White Darkness)
