The French Newsreader was a male human who lived in France in the 21st century. He announced that ghosts couldn't win the Legione de Honour. (DW: Army of Ghosts) He later reported about Martin Trueman's hijacking of worldwide television (SJA: Secrets of the Stars) and about the 456 incident (TW: Children of Earth: Day Three, TW: Children of Earth: Day Four).
