Fredric Simba

Fredric Simba was the sole survivor of a shipwreck on a island in the Caribbean. He was able to telepathically control the sea creatures and used them to attack passing ships for supplies. He attack the yacht that the Third Doctor and the Brigadier were on, but the Doctor managed to make the sea creatures turn on Simba with his recorder. (COMIC: Castaway)
