Frax was a servant of the Mentors and temporarily lived on Thoros-Beta. In 2379, he captured the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown when they first arrived on Thoros Beta and brought the body of the Raak to Crozier.
He captured Peri, Yrcanos, Tuza and the Lukoser and took Tuza to Crozier. However, the others later escaped and Frax was killed by Yrcanos. (TV: Mindwarp)
