Frances (The Mouthless Dead)

Frances was on the station at which the TARDIS landed. She explained to Polly Wright that she was waiting for the train containing the unknown soldier. She had lost her fiancé Michael Thomas in World War I. It was her grief that created the manifestations of the dead. When Michael revealed that he wasn't dead, her relief and love stopped the manifestations and they disappeared. (AUDIO: The Mouthless Dead)
