Mrs Foyle was the founder of the House of the Rising Sun and the Remonstration Bureau.
Information about Mrs Foyle was sketchy at best. There were no reliable records about her before the age of twenty-three. Even her first name was unknown, with suggestions including Rebecca and Miranda, though Annabel was most common. She initially appeared in the early decadent era of posthumanity, but claimed to be a human from a prior time.
She used Great Houses technology to gain access to the Eremites' old labyrinth and started her time travelling brothel the House of the Rising Sun, registering it on Friedman's World. She later sold off her controlling interest in the business and created the assassination organisation the Remonstration Bureau. The time loop which protected the Bureau's base froze her apparent age at twenty-eight. (PROSE: The Book of the War)
