IndexPanopticon → Restriction of aliens and enemies templates
Spoilers are strongly policed here.
If this thread's title doesn't specify it's spoilery, don't bring any up.

I propose that all templates in category:navigation by season be restricted to use on only pages within category:seasons. So aliens and enemies of season 10 should only be allowed on the page season 10.

Putting them on characters' pages goes against the focus of the template — not to mention our general rule that all media be given equal weight. When you go to a page like the Master or Daleks, and are confronted with a list of TV series that runs on for over 1000 px, the obvious visual message is that the televised appearances are especially important to note.

But they're not.

The per-season templates are inherently important on only those pages having to do with seasons. On a character page, the focus should be on story navigation, not seasonal navigation. Hence, something like {{Auton stories}} is what's needed on a character page.

Are there objections to the complete removal of the "enemies of <series>" templates from characters' pages?
