After the Celestial Toymaker played along for a short time after Gaylord Lefevre cheated at a game of cards in the Toyroom until Lefevre tried to shoot him, the Toymaker declared the game forfeit, transforming Lefevre into one of his toys. (COMIC: The Greatest Gamble [+]John Peel, DWM backup comic stories (Marvel Comics, 1981). Page 42.)

Later, upon entering a game of Truth or Dare with the Twelfth Doctor, the Toymaker dared him to forfeit the game and relinquish the TARDIS to him, as he needed it as the Toyroom was deteriorating; the Doctor rebuilt the Toyroom out of the Zero Room, jettisoning it out into space with the Toymaker.
