Kenneth Cope (born 14 April 1931[1]) played Packard in the Doctor Who television story Warriors' Gate.
He was subsequently considered for the role of Ratcliffe in Remembrance of the Daleks. (TCH 44)
Career[]
He is best known for playing the ghostly Marty Hopkirk in the ITC private detective series Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased). He also played Jed Stone in the long-running ITV soap opera Coronation Street from 1961-66, and again in 2008-09.
Personal life[]
He is the father of Bad Wolf guest actress Martha Cope.
