Allan Hogan, (PROSE: The Tourist) wishing to be known by his self-proclaimed nickname All Ears Allan, was a barista and former barman who lived in Gloucester during the 21st century. He was an acquaintance of Ruth Clayton, and thought that she "deserve[d] better" than her husband, Lee Clayton. In the Gloucester Incident, Allan was killed by the Judoon, after directing them to his dossier on Lee, when he showed physical aggression to Judoon Captain Pol-Kon-Don. (TV: Fugitive of the Judoon)
