Doctor Stephen Farrerr was trained in nano-surgery. He in charge of C-programme at St. Gart's Brookside Hospital. He used the almost dead patients from Accident and Emergency to feed the organ banks for the programme. He was killed when he tried to shut down C-programme, but the converted humans shot him to protect it. (AUDIO: The Harvest)
